Abstract:
To provide a method of deburring a vacuum pump component.SOLUTION: A method includes (i) a step for acquiring an image of a vacuum pump component by using an image acquisition unit, (ii) a step for calculating an actual contour of the vacuum pump component on the basis of the image, (iii) a step for calculating a target contour on the basis of the actual contour, (iv) a step for converting the target contour into a laser coordinate, and (v) a step for deburring the vacuum pump component by using laser on the basis of the laser coordinate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
