Abstract:
To provide a method for visual acuity training by which the visual acuity is recovered-improved by training a light quantity regulating function by the iris.
The visual acuity training is performed by using a light quantity regulating sheet 1 where groups of holes 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 obtained by arranging holes of respectively different sizes are formed. In order from the group 11 of the holes of the largest size, a state where each group is positioned in front of the eye is created to confirm the condition of the sight to decide a group where the condition of the sight is the best. After this, the state where each group is positioned in front of the eye is kept for a prescribed period to train the visual acuity.
