Abstract:
To provide a method for decomposing a nitrile or an isonitrile with fewer restrictions in reaction conditions compared to the case using an enzyme as a catalyst.
The method for decomposing the isonitrile uses a metal complex (I) as the catalyst. In another embodiment, the method for decomposing the nitrile and the isonitrile uses a metal complex (II) as a catalyst.
