Abstract:
To provide a method for decomposing a Michael addition reaction product.
This method for producing an acrylic acid and/or an acrylate includes a process of decomposing the Michael addition product in the presence of an N-oxyl compound to the acrylic acid and/or the acrylate and/or an alcohol, and a process of recovering the Michael addition product generating in the production process of the acrylic acid or the acrylate, a process of decomposing the recovered Michael addition product in the above decomposing method. The method is capable of effectively utilizing the above raw material.
