Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable degreasing without cracking or swelling by carrying out degreasing in the early stage at a specified rate.
CONSTITUTION: When a ceramic injection-molded body is degreased, degreasing in the early stage in which the degreasing rate reaches 12wt.% is carried out so that the total weight of org. binders contained in the molded body is reduced at a rate of 0.25W0.35wt.% per 1hr. Thus, the ceramic injection-molded body can be degreased without cracking or swelling.
