Abstract:
To lower the water content by efficiently dehydrating a slurry natural gas hydrate to reduce cost of the storage and transportation of the natural gas hydrate.
Centrifugal dehydration is conducted while leaving a large amount of voids in a natural gas hydrate, and successively the water content present in the natural gas hydrate having a large amount of voids is reacted with unhydrated natural gas to effect dehydration by the form of hydration reaction.
