To commonly use components constituting a clean room by incorporating a clean room and another clean room having a cleanness which is different from that of the clean room or a nonclean room in a module.
A clean room 20 and a clean room 30 having a cleanness different from that of the clean room 20 or a nonclean room 22 are parted air-tightly from each other by a partition 24, and clean conditioned air is fed into the clean room 20 from the rear side of the ceiling by means of a fan unit 14, and is then discharged into an under-floor space through grating formed in the floor surface. The fan unit 14 laid along the surface of the ceiling has a long side having a length of 1,200mm and a short side having a length of 600mm which is set to basic module dimensions. Thus, the longitudinal and widthwise dimensions of each of floor panels 12 laid on the floor surface are set to 600mm, and the longitudinal and widthwise dimensions of the body frame of the building are set to a value which is an integer times as large as that of the floor panel 12. The allocation is made to the floor surface side and the ceiling surface side, corresponding to each other.
