Title:
METHOD FOR DETECTING CYANIN SERIES ORGANIC COLORING MATTER DETERIORATION ENVIRONMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3936689
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting environment for deteriorating a specified cyanin-based organic coloring matter in advance.
SOLUTION: A Cy5 solution is exposed into an inspection environment for four to 24 hours. When the absorbance of the Cy5 solution after the exposure decreases at least by 25% as compared with the absorbance of the non-exposed Cy5 solution, the environment is determined to be a Cy5 deterioration environment.
