Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method of detecting the position of light emission for accurately seeking the position of light emission of an emitter, and a method of assembling optical parts using this.
CONSTITUTION: A diffracted light 31 is projected on a screen 3 by arranging a semiconductor laser 1 in the reference position, and emitting a laser beam Q and diffracting this with a circular diffraction grating 2. And, a light receiver 4 fetches the image of this diffracted light 31 and seeks the intervals d' and d", using an image processor, and this calculates the direction of the light emission of the laser beam Q and the position of a light emission point 10a. Moreover, by this light emission position detection method, the position of light emission to the reference position of the semiconductor laser 1 is calculated, and then based on this calculation results, the semiconductor laser 1 is positioned on a base for mounting, and it is fixed in that position.
