Abstract:
PURPOSE: To determine polynucleotide in high sensitivity and in high precision by associating different sites of polynucleotide chain with two or more mutually complementary labeled probes and measuring the number of formed complexes.
CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide as a substance to be measured is associated with two or more mutually complementary label probes at different sites of the polynucleotide. The number of complexes of the label probe and the substance to be measured is distinguished as existence of each molecule of the label probe and measured. Labeling of radioisotope is not required.
