Abstract:

PURPOSE: To form a device in a compact manner by a method wherein, in detection of the position, the rotation direction, and the speed of the rotation part of a window lock device, the edge of a digital signal is evaluated as a function of a motor control command.
CONSTITUTION: The position, the rotation direction, and the rotation speed of a motor are detected by a position sensor 108. A digital signal from a sensor 108 is evaluated by the logic evaluating device of an electronic unit 104. Based on the above, a signal edge is formed. In this case, a control command and the state of a motor are supplied to the logic evaluating device. The high and low edges of the digized signal or either of the high or the low edge is allotted in one direction or the other direction of movement as the faction of the direction and the length of a control command togetherwith a signal level during starting or inversion of a motor. Further, reading of a counter related to the position of a motor is increased or decreased in a value. This constitution performs reliable evaluation through a single sensor channel and saves a constitution element and an installation space.
