Abstract:
To provide a method for specifically, highly sensitively and quickly detecting Salmonella O9 group.
An attention has been paid to a base sequence derived from an insertion element gene of Salmonella O9 group, and a base sequence of an oligonucleotide primer specifically hybridizing with the base sequence of the Salmonella O9 group, and its combination is found. The primer is used to establish a method for specifically, highly sensitively and quickly detecting the Salmonella O9 group, and a kit for detecting the Salmonella O9 group is provided.
