To provide a blending deciding method of an impervious liner material placed along wall faces of piling section shore protection, formed by blending at least earth, solidifying material, and rubber chips, having good construction property, impervious performance, and deformation followability to the piling section shore protection.
A target flow value of the impervious liner material, a target permeation factor, and a target allowable deformation amount are set (step 1), and test samples of the impervious liner material satisfying the target flow value for every predetermined strength by combination of the blending ratio of at least solidifying material to rubber chips added to earth (step 2). Water permeation test is performed by applying deformation to the formed test samples to acquire a relation of deformation amount to the permeation factor using the strength and blend ratio as parameters (step 3), and the blend ratio of the solidifying material to rubber chips added to earth is decided so as to satisfy the target permeation factor and the target allowable deformation amount from the acquired relation (step 4).
