PURPOSE: To facilitate the putting out by classifying the attributes of stocks having a decided line-off schedule, when stocks are stored in each section (storage space address) of a plurality of sections and putted out according to a delivery demand, and determining the stocks common in attribute to the same address.
CONSTITUTION: A temporary storage place 2 having a carrying means 1 such as a bridge crane is divided into a number of small sections 4 longitudinally and laterally arranged in a grating to finely specify the loading position of coils 3 as stocks. Each small section 4 is set to a capacity capable of stacking the coils 3, for example in five stages, and the address is set for every small section 4. At the time of determining a storage space address, the coil attribute is taken into consideration so that one mass is formed by the coils common in kind of post process or shipment schedule, and the coil attribute is set so that the classification is subdivided as the level is enhanced. For a prescribed number of coils 3 having a decided line-off schedule, their attributes are classified, and the stocks having a common attribute are determined in the same address.
