To provide a system for controlling waste water treatment, in which a waste water treatment facility can be controlled excellently by determining the treated situation of the waste water to be treated in a biological treatment tank for oxidatively decomposing organic matter in the water to be treated, namely, organic matter in mixed water of waste water with sludge by using microbes.
The system for controlling waste water treatment is provided with a treated situation determining apparatus 25 for measuring an oxygen consumption rate at two or more places along the flow direction in the biological treatment tank and determining the treated situation of the water to be treated in the biological treatment tank by using a difference between the oxygen consumption rate, which is measured on the most downstream side in the biological treatment tank, and the measured oxygen consumption rate at each of two or more places, of the oxygen consumption rates measured at the above two or more places. The activity and number of microbes in the biological treatment tank 4 and the loaded amount of the waste water to flow into the biological treatment tank 4 are adjusted on the basis of the determined result of the treated situation determining apparatus 25.
