Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for adjusting a polar relay, capable of simply and speedily adjusting the operating characteristics of the polar relay.
SOLUTION: The feature of this method for adjusting the polar relay is that the measured values of an operating voltage and a reset voltage for every demagnetizing condition among the influence factors of the prototype sample of the polar relay to be adjusted are at least inputted in order to obtain an estimation expression, the influence factors of the polar relay to be adjusted are inputted in the estimation expression, and after the most suitable demagnetizing condition is determined based on the predicted values of the operating voltage and the reset voltage for every demagnetizing condition obtained, the permanent magnet of the polar relay is demagnetized under that demagnetizing condition by a demagnetizer in order to adjust the relay.
