To perform time adjustment in each computer with high precision by selecting a median regarding a time adjustment system of a distribution system.
A time information reception part 1 receives pieces of time information from respective computers from a transmission line 16, a median selection part 2 selects the median in each piece of data, and a system time information setting part 3 sets the median as the time of the present system time and substitutes the set time for the time which has been used. A time information update part 4 updates the time information with a prescribed period, and a time information transmission part 7 transmits the updated time information to the transmission line 16. Since the median is selected, no logic such as selection by the majority or comparison with a set value exists, and the highly precise time adjustment is performed by a simplified system.
