Abstract:
To provide a method and a device for aligning and coiling a long object such as a coated perforated flat tube without generating unevenness in a coil shape after the coiling.
In the method for aligning and coiling a perforated flat tube to coil the surface-coated perforated flat tube in a coil, a winding device is controlled so that the coil shape is realized in an aligned manner while performing the tension control by reducing the tension given to the perforated flat tube as the winding of the perforated flat tube in the coil shape is advanced, and the temperature control so that the temperature of the perforated flat tube is ≤ 50°C when the tube is coiled in the coil shape.
