Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to correctly evaluate the position and movement of a liquid level by dividing heat transport equipment into plural nodes, calculating the void ratio of a gaseous phase over the liquid level of each of these nodes and that under the liquid level and calculating a liquid level position in the heat transport equipment based on these calculated results.
SOLUTION: In order to estimate the movement of liquid flow in the heat transfer equipment, pipes and containers in a power plant are divided into volume elements to be plural nodes 7 to 9. The void ratio of a gaseous phase over the liquid level 12 of the node 8 having the liquid level 12 out of these divided nodes 7 to 9 and the void ratio under the liquid level 12 are calculated based on the void ratio αN of the node 8 and the void ratio αN+1 of the node 9 under the node 8 and the position of the liquid level 12 in the heat transport equipment is calculated based on these calculated results. Consequently the position of the liquid level 12 or its movement can be correctly evaluated and heat transmission between two gas and liquid phases can be correctly evaluated.
