Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concretely and effectively analyze vibration when a compression strain is generated, and to enhance the formulation of a problem and a computing time for a program.
SOLUTION: In this vibration analyzing method for a transmission belt, each data is input at first, a layout is calculated, and an initial condition is set (S1-S3). An angular acceleration and an angular velocity of an auxiliary machine pulley, and an angular acceleration and an angular velocity of an arm in an auto-tensioner (A/T) are calculated (S9, S13, S14) based on a set crank shaft angular velocity (S4) to calculate a general span tension and a span tension of the auto-tensioner (S5-S7). The span tensions are corrected (S8) when the span tensions calculated in the S5-S7 are a predetermined value or less (in a low tension).
