Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for arranging a resin molded article in which the resin molded article can be neatly stacked without causing hooking, coping with the change in size in a relatively easy manner, and easy in taking out the article.
SOLUTION: A resin molded article A is loaded on a table 23 in order to stack and arrange the resin molded article A in which two lead frames opposite to each other are connected through a runner, the table 23 is moved upward of two parallel hangers 16, and a tip part of the hanger 16 is inserted in a clearance between the lead frames of the resin molded article A. After the table 23 is retracted and the resin molded article A is transferred onto the tip part of the hanger 16, the hanger 16 is oscillated in the vertical direction, to slide the resin molded article A from the tip part to a root part. By repeating the process, a plurality of resin molded articles A are stacked and arranged on the root part of the hanger 16.
