Abstract:
To provide a method and a device for assessing a residual life capable of determining the residual life of a sensor accurately and easily.
In the method for assessing the residual life of a sensor unit 10 mounted to a machine operating periodically and prescribed by a prescribed number of load cycles, the load to the sensor unit is measured by the load cycle, the deterioration coefficient of the sensor unit 10 is calculated by a deterioration model to the load cycle of the sensor unit 10 according to the measured load, and the load cycle is weighted by the load coefficient.
