Abstract:
To provide a technology capable of firmly attaching a nut and a collar to front and rear faces of a plate without generating thermal strain.SOLUTION: A nut 11 is caulked to a plate 10, and into a recess groove 16 generated on an opposite surface of the plate 10 in caulking, a protrusion 19 at an end part of a collar 18 is press-fitted, thereby fixing the nut 11 and the collar 18 to both surfaces of the plate 10. The plate 10 is, for example, a metal panel, and the nut 11 is, for example, a piercing nut. Since the collar 18 is caulked, thermal strain never occur.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
