Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce fluctuations of dimension and weight of a molded piece so as to improve accuracy of the molded piece by automatically correcting fluctuations of a clamping force.
CONSTITUTION: A first actuating hydraulic force under clamping operating condition at the time of adjustment of a clamping force is measured by a hydraulic sensor 32, stored in a controller 80, and compared with a second actuating hydraulic force under clamping operating condition. Based on its difference, a clamping housing 14 is moved back and forth so as to automatically correct the clamping force.
