PURPOSE: To purify miscellaneous domestic waste water to a specific level of water quality in such a manner that compound bacteria can be fed automatically into a treating tank by a predetermined quantity thereof, and work for taking out fats and oils is not required and fats and oils can be surely decomposed, eliminating bad smell thereof, and sludge is not produced and bad small is not delivered.
CONSTITUTION: A treating tank 10 has an inlet port 11 for waste water and an outlet port 12 for treated water, and a bacteria feed means 22 feeds compound bacteria to the tank 10. Voltage or frequency of a high frequency high voltage power source for applying high frequency AC high voltage to ozone generation elements of ozonizers 54-56 is regulated by a regulator so that amounts of ozone generation are regulated. Ozone generated with the ozonizers 54-56 is blown off into waste water in the tank 10 together with air by an ozone blowing means and a bacteria maintaining means 46 maintains compound bacteria in the waste water in the tank 10. A controller 64 automatically controls a bacteria feed means 22 based on detection output of a water quality sensor 61 for sensing the treating status of waste water in the tank 10.
