A turn table 21 is arranged on the bottom part of an outer pot 2 and a bread baking pot 3 is attachably and detachably linked on it. Besides, a rotary shaft 6 for supporting a stirring fan 7 is inserted to a cylindrical supporting shaft part 21 on the lower surface of the turn table 21, and a pulley 25 for driving the stirring fan 7 and a pulley 29 for driving the turn table 21 are respectively driven through electromagnetic clutches 26a and 30a by a stirring motor 13. In a stirring process and a rounding process, under the control of a control part 14, the electromagnetic clutch 30a is turned off, the electromagnetic clutch 26a is turned on, and only the stirring fan 7 is rotated. Next, in the baking process, both the electromagnetic clutches 26a and 30a are intermittently turned on and the stirring fan 7 and the bread baking pot 3 are integrally and intermittently rotated. Then, the position relation between the baking lacked part of bread materials and the low temperature part of the bread baking pot 3 is deviated and non-uniformity in baking is eliminated.
