Abstract:
To provide a browsing device for home pages which can facilitate operation when a URL with security is accessed.
When an accessed server 7 makes a request to input an ID and/or a password before a home page on the server is browsed, a retrieval and transmission process part 12 retrieves a bookmark and a communication management part 17 sends the ID and/or password retrieved with the bookmark to the server 7. Therefore, even when a URL with security is accessed, for example, by making a jump from a link of a home page, the user can browse the page without following any procedure for inputting the ID and/or password again.
