Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an optimum solution based on a feature value in short time without deteriorating precision from a multiplex variation protein group whose number of combinations is huge.
SOLUTION: A method for calculating the optimum solution of a multiplex variation protein amino acid array includes a step for calculating the optimum stereoscopic structure coordinate of multiplex variation protein by searching the amino acid side chain stereoscopic structure coordinate of the respective amino acid arrays in a member by using a dead end elimination algorithm based on stereoscopic structure data of a model protein group with respect to the member of the multiplex variation protein group and by conducting the structure energy minimizing calculation of the member, a step for calculating the feature value from the optimum stereoscopic structure coordinate of optimum multiplex variation protein and a step for calculating the member optimizing the feature value by applying genetic algorithm to the multiplex variation protein group.
