Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting processing form changing method and device capable of automatically changing an accounting processing form by the use of unchanged accounting file data in accordance with a change in the type of an industry or in the form of business.
SOLUTION: In a form changing processing means 14, a changing form specifying means 141 executes a specification request or the like for a new accounting form, a settling date, etc., a standard item table preparing means 142 develops a standard item table in a RAM 16 and displays the item codes and item names of the new standard item table on the screen of a display part 40 based on a prescribed format and an item conversion table preparing means 144 checks standard items or inputs an item to prepare an item conversion table. Then a file reading condition setting means 145 sets up the reading condition of a current accounting file to be changed and a new accounting file preparing means 146 converts the specified data of the current accounting file based on the item conversion table or copies the specified item data of the current accounting file to prepare a new accounting file.
