Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device of checking the stored liquid level in a disusing liquid container for range food fans, which is simple in structure and can be used for checking the level of disusing liquid (oil and condensation water) even in a disusing liquid container provided in a hood in a relatively dark atmosphere.
SOLUTION: This device includes the disusing liquid container 6, which is installed in the hood 1 so as to be removable and can be used for checking the level of disusing liquid in a room when it is in use, and a part or the whole of which is formed of transparent material, a lighting instrument 4a, which is installed at a level more than the disusing liquid container 6, and an intake means for taking a part of the light from the lighting instrument 4a in the disusing liquid container 6. This device serves to checking the state of operator's hands easily and surely, and is used for checking the level of disusing liquid (oil and condensation water).
