To obtain a method and a device for crushing/molding a clayey material by which the clayey material, in which materials in a dry state and a wet state are contained or the clayey material having relatively high water content can be continuously crush-molded without being kneaded.
The method and the device for crushing/molding the clayey material is distinguished by that the clayey material which cannot be crushed by a crusher having a rotary bar or a rotary cutting blade is crush-molded by a device in which a pair of cylindrical rotary bodies having a plurality of grooves in a rotary shaft direction are arranged in parallel so that a projected part formed between the grooves of one cylindrical rotary body faces the groove of another cylindrical rotary body and these cylindrical rotary bodies rotate. The cylindrical rotary body may have a plurality of projections at the projected part.
