PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coloring of a toilet stool or the like as much as possible without giving a discomfort feeling to a user since the offensive odor and color of sewage water can be removed up to a state near city water and processing water can be maintained in an odorless and transparent state in a long period even when the number of times of processing is increased.
SOLUTION: A sedimentation tank 5 separating an excrement into a solid component and sewage water, a flow aeration device 11 for performing biological processing while performing aeration by a number of floating contact filter materials, a membrane separation device 21 filtering by a hollow thread membrane filter, a deodorizing and discoloring device 31 deodorizing and discoloring from processed water, and a processing water storing tank 41 storing excessive processing water are provided in a casing 4. A number of voids are provided on both the faces of a porous base board comprising a synthetic net, a porous plate and the like, and a plate-like active carbon filter 33 adhering particle-like active carbon is provided in the deodorizing and discoloring device 31 which deodorizes and discolors the processed water by active carbon while bumping.
