Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean a photographic film so that it is not damaged.
SOLUTION: A cleaning device is arranged between a suction drum intermittently carrying the continuous photographic film 10b and a perforator perforating the film 10b. The cleaning device is constituted so that the film 10b is cleaned by drawing out a cleaning tape 40 from a reel 41 set on a driven shaft 42 by unidirectionally rotating a reel 44 set on a driving shaft 45 and pressing the tape 40 to the film 10b by a depressing head 43 arranged between the reels 41 and 44. Then, the tape 40 and the film 10b are fed in mutually opposite directions. Besides, the tape 40 is made of a non-woven fabric material in order to prevent the surface of the film 10b from being damaged.
