Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method and device capable of collecting the typical sample of milk precisely corresponding to a carried preparing milk.
CONSTITUTION: Data for errors encountered during the operation of a creeping pump 4 having various rotating speeds are preliminarily stored in a data gaining unit 3, and a control mechanism 5 controls a typical sample collecting means 6 on the basis of data stored in the data gaining unit 3, whereby the quantity of the representative sample of milk supplied from a supply line 9 to a sample bottle 7 is controlled.
