PURPOSE: To provide a communication connection method and device in which an individual number group is freely re-configured.

CONSTITUTION: The method is made up of a user information management station recording plural individual numbers p10, p11,... for users to a storage section and recording and managing terminal equipment identification information corresponding to an individual number when connected terminal equipments are designated and an exchange station accommodating plural terminal equipments to which terminal equipment identification information is provided and referencing the recording of the user information management station upon a connection request to an individual number to connect it to a corresponding terminal equipment. The user information management station records the number p10 to individual number group information 61 of individual numbers p12, p13 and numbers p12, p13 to member information 62 of the individual number p11 upon the command of generating an individual number group by the numbers p11, p12, p13 from the exchange station. The exchange station implements succeeding processing in the unit of individual number groups by referencing the recording. When at least one individual number is commanded to be removed from the individual number group, the recording of the user management station is revised in such a way as above.
