Abstract:
To provide a concentration method which can concentrate a minor component contained in processed water as an impurity to a concentration at which analysis or measurement of the minor component can be performed with a simple structure and an easy operation, and to provide a concentration device.SOLUTION: A processed water concentration device 10 has: a tank 11 which stores processed water containing a minor component, an analysis object or a measurement object; a membrane degasifier 12 which can remove water components contained in the processed water as steam; and a supply device 13 which supplies the processed water to the membrane degasifier 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
