Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently improve the reliability of a personal telephone service by changing telephone numbers to all subscribes of the personal telephone service.
SOLUTION: In such a personal communication service(PCS) environment that it is not clear whether or not a destination telephone which is designated in a sequence so that the destination telephone may be routed until, the call to the personal telephone number is received or rejected is in a disconnected state, whether or not the telephone number in the sequence corresponds to the disconnected telephone is decided (A). When the telephone number corresponds to the disconnected telephone, a useless trial of routing the call is avoided by preventing the trial of the completion of the PCS call to the disconnected telephone by jumping the telephone number (namely, the telephone number of the disconnected telephone set) (B).
