Abstract:
To adjust the quantity of water according to the specific surface area of powder, thereby to prevent the lowering of the quality of kneaded products, and also to miniaturize the subject device.
This continuously kneading device 1 for continuously kneading at least one kind of powder and water is provided with a fly ash silo 11 and a cement silo 12 which are a feeding means for feeding powders by prescribed quantities, bulk density and weight measuring means 15, 19 for measuring the bulk density and weight of the fed powders; a water feeding means 20 for feeding water according to the bulk density and weight of the powder, and a kneading means 16 for continuously kneading the fed powders and water.
