Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use a resource by removing the occurrence of the unused resource that is kept being secured on a bus in isochronous transfer.
SOLUTION: In acquiring a resource needed to perform transfer on the bus, a PHY layer 1 connected to the bus a LINK layer 2, a transaction layer 4 and a resource processor 3 for performing acquisition control of the resource with the respective layers are arranged. The processor 3 is provided with a resource acquiring means 31 for acquiring a free resource, an unused resource detecting means 32 and an unused resource releasing means 33, and when the free resource is absent, the respective means are controlled by software and hardware to retrieve an acquired unused resource of a node. As a result, when the acquired unused resource is present, the release processing of the unused resource is performed and a free resource is subsequently acquired again.
