Abstract:
To reduce a response time from going out of a voltage fluctuation to cutting off of feeding of a starter.
A monitor period (TC) is generated with respect to each of new fluctuation of power supply voltage. Length of the monitor period is set such that the monitor period substantially terminates after a peak values (UC1), (UC3) in fluctuation are generated. When the peak values are not detected during the final monitor period, feeding is cut off.
