PURPOSE: To provide a method and a device for controlling a fuel supply for a liquid, fuel burner in which a burner turn-down can be assured against a plurality of kinds of fuels of different heating calories and a plurality of kinds of fuels with different heating calories can be utilized in one burner.

CONSTITUTION: An upstream side and a downstream side of an atomized medium changing-over valve 19 in the midway part of' an atomized medium supplying pipe 20 are made to communicate with each other by an atomized medium bypass pipe 24, and an atomized medium changing-over valve 24 is arranged in the midway part of the atomized medium changing-over valve 24. Along with this arrangement, an orifice 26 is arranged in the midway part of the atomized medium bypass pipe 24 at a downstream side of the atomized medium changing-over valve 25. In the case that fuel having a high heating calorie is applied, high pressure atomized medium is guided to an injection hole 11 of a burner tip 13 and in turn in the case that fuel of low heating calorie is applied, low pressure atomized medium is guided to the injection hole 11 of the burner tip 13.
