Abstract:

To provide a method and device for controlling model having excellent transient characteristics by modeling an object to be controlled and easily realizing the reverse model of the object even when the object has a waste time or higher-order delaying element by using the object as a forward model.

In a control method in which control is performed by using the reverse model of an object to be controlled, the reverse model 30 is constituted by combining the forward model 2 of the object with feedback 8. In this case, a system 4 constituting a feedback loop in the object is modeled with a primary delay plus a waste time and the forward model of the feedback system is obtained by removing the waste time from the model. For the other system 3 than the system 4, a forward model is obtained by advancing the phase by the above-mentioned waste time.
