The device is for controlling the peripheral devices 200 which is connected to a network 203, which provides an access to respond to the document request and provides access to an online documents, and is used for the operation; and the device controls the peripheral devices 200, including a server 202 which controls the operation of the peripheral devices 200 responding to a request formatted as a http (hypertext transfer protocol) document request.
