Abstract:
To provide a method and device for controlling the rotational speed of an internal combustion engine which rotates at a low rotational speed.
A rotational speed value of an even segment is supplied directly to a control circuit by depending on scanning of an odd or even segment, a rotational speed value of the odd segment is obtained from the rotational speed value of the leading even numbered segment, before this value is supplied to the control circuit.
