Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a time card step feeding device capable of accurately and rapidly step-feeding a time card to an optional printing step position by a simple program change without lossing the degree of freedom for the determination of a printing step and reducing the production cost of the whole system.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st and 2nd sensors 1, 2 are fixed to the front and rear sides of a carrier passage for a time card(TC) holding it between with a vertical interval, and when the sensors 1, 2 read out an ID code recorded in the TC and upper and lower step codes, the printing step position of the TC and the number of moving steps of a card feeding motor 4M up to the printing step position are calculated and the TC is fed only by the calculated number of steps by means of the motor 4M.
