Abstract:
To enable inspection using double-surface inspection and transmitted illumination as well as to prevent dust and flaws from being generated with conveyance.
Conveying rollers 30 or spherical bearings having no driving part are arranged to the width of a work 10 as a metallic thin plate, the outer edge of the work 10 is placed on the conveying rollers 30 or the spherical bearings and pressed out by a conveying arm 42 from behind, and the work 10 is conveyed. Since only both ends of the metallic thin plate are held, inspection during the conveyance, using double-surface inspection and transmitted illumination is made possible.
