Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a steam turbine from being heated due to windage loss, by providing a control device which inputs output signals from a sensor, detecting a rotary speed, and from a sensor, detecting the pressure of low pressure steam, and transmits an opening and closing signal of a low pressure main steam control valve. CONSTITUTION:A rotary speed is detected by a pickup 30, and a speed signal 31 is generated. The pressure of low pressure steam is detected by a thermocouple 32, and a signal 32 is generated. These signals are input to a control unit 36. A low pressure main steam control valve opening and closing signal 37, output from the control unit 36, is input to a low pressure steam valve opening and closing actuator 38. In this way, when a single-shaft combined plant is started, a low pressure control valve 24 can be opened for ensuring cooling steam. Thus a steam turbine can be prevented from being heated due to windage loss.
