To provide a method and a device for creating a style of packing capable of remarkably reducing the labor for the registration work of the packing style definition information as a base of an instruction to a robot in an automatic single commodity loading robot system for loading the only one kind of commodity.
This method for creating the style of packing comprises a plane packing style computing step for automatically computing the packing style of a first stage of a corresponding pallet to improve the load filling ratio of the load on a loading surface of the pallet on the basis of each dimension information of the load and the corresponding pallet; and a display step for displaying the loading style showing condition of the load loaded on the pallet, containing the automatically computed packing style of the first stage. Following to an instruction step having at least the first step for moving one load or several loads indicated on the loading style in the instructed direction to finely adjust position of the load, the definition information of the final packing style corresponding to kinds of the corresponding pallet and the corresponding kind of load is formed on the basis of the definition information of the automatically computed packing style of the first stage.
