Abstract:
To curl eyelashes without exerting harmful effect on the quality of makeup.
A device 1 for designing so as not to close a container holding an agent for applying to the eyelashes for curling the eyelashes has a heater member 4 and at least one row 5 of boss elements 6 leaving spaces capable of engaging the eyelashes within the same among mutual boss elements. In the method and the device, the heater element 4 and the row 5 of the boss elements 6 has the option of the use of the boss elements 6 for separating the eyelashes without bringing the eyelashes into contact with the heater element 4 or the curl of the eyelashes while applying the heat radiated from the heater element 4 to the eyelashes.
