Both ends of a base material pack 2 having an ejection port 25 at one end to be expanded by enclosing a fluid substance therein are pulled in directions to be separated from each other, and when the length of the base material pack 2 reaches a predetermined first set value, it is announced that the remaining amount of the content in the base material pack 2 is reduced to the set value. Based on the announcement, the base material pack 2 is stroked toward the ejection port 25. After that, when it is detected that the thickness in a part close to the ejection port 25 in the base material pack 2 is reduced to a predetermined set value, it is recognized that the remaining amount of the content in the base material pack 2 is approximate to zero.
